Do I need to know how to use Unity before purchasing?

Can I use the avatar in Resonite?

Yes, but I cannot guarantee it will work out of the box.

Can I commission a texture from someone who doesn't own the product?

Yes, anyone can get the latest substance painter files here: https://mayu.azuki.tech/avatar/texturing/substance-painter Substance Painter files can only be opened with version 8.3.1 (latest 2022 update) or higher.

Can I share or sell my own substance painter files for the avatar?

Yes, but only based on the substance painter files I created which mesh has none of the following: blendshapes, vertex groups & armature.
