This may be called NECK FLUFF but it attaches to the CHEST and it also comes with the ability to hide the backside of the fluff
This asset comes with physbones already applied but you can mess with them to get the result you want

-You can use any shader you want but i used Poiyomi for this asset
-Make sure you have VRCFury imported (this is so the prefab will work)
-Drag and drop onto the avatar hierarchy (MAKE SURE TO USE THE PREFAB)
-That should be the entire setup process although in the prefab there is already 2 toggles setup for the neck fluff they will be located under - Apperence/Body - Inside your menu (you can always edit the prefab to change that)
