- ⏾ Users are prohibited from uploading any of the contents of this product to any 3rd party website with the exception of social communication platforms (including VRChat, Resonite, and other virtual reality social communication platforms) where it is privately uploaded to the User’s own account and is only able to be accessed by them.
- ⏾ Users are prohibited from sharing the contents of this product with any other individual unless that individual has purchased the same product.
- ⏾ Users are prohibited from uploading the contents of this product to any social communication platforms/online gaming platforms for the purpose of providing the product to third parties within that platform (No public models).
- ⏾ Users are prohibited from reusing any of the assets (defined: any individual part of the digital content) for any reason without contacting the licensor(s) and obtaining the original rights to that asset.
- ⏾ Users are STRICTLY prohibited from uploading any data from the digital content to AI (Artificial Intelligence) databases, which includes, but is not limited to: asking an AI to generate art based on a photo, feeding any data from the digital content to an AI database, using the digital content or its likeness to roleplay with AI chatbots.
- ⏾ Creation of videos that are reasonably understood to be sexual in nature using the digital content are prohibited.
- ⏾ All sales are final. No refunds are allowed.
- ⏾ By purchasing, users agree to license forfeiture if they violate any of the terms of service, as well as potential legal ramifications depending on the severity of terms of service violation.
- ⏾ Any individual who is banned from the licensor’s discord server is not allowed to use or purchase any products. If a purchase is made regardless, the user understands that their license is null and they are not allowed to use the product.
- ⏾ A refund can, however, be issued if the product has not been downloaded yet.
Term definitions:
The Licensor(s): sweetd1saster
The Digital Content: The product being purchased and any of the individual pieces within that product. Includes both the full model (the data being uploaded to VR platforms) and any individual assets that the licensor(s) have copyright to.
User: any individual who has legally obtained the digital content by purchase from licensor(s) by direct download or via a designated third-party (Gumroad (sweetd1saster), Jinxxy (sweetd1saster)).
Social communication platform: A service that enables one-way or two-way online communication with other parties.
Online gaming platform: Any service that provides operating environments for online game(s) or the game in itself, that needs to operate online.
