[Free] Default Particle Man by Starkim1999 [Meme Animation Avatar]

Hey! This is a meme avatar I made in 2021 for an animation showcase while I was still making "Ethereal King." I called it Default Particle Man as it only uses default particles! I've now decided to release this avatar as a free package to celebrate my birthday on the 7th December!

• The poiyomi has been updated from 7.2 to 9.2+
• Gesture activation has been removed and replaced with toggles in the radial menu
