Confidentiality: oIHaru agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by the client. Similarly, clients agree not to disclose any confidential information about oIHaru's business practices or techniques.
Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold oIHaru harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the 3D models provided by oIHaru.
