TERMS OF USE

IMPORTANT: YOU CANNOT RESELL IT, IF YOU WANT TO EDIT FOR YOUSELF IM FINE WITH, ALSO IF YOU WANT TO COMMISSION SOMEONE ELSE TO EDIT HER THE OTHER PART DONT REQUIRE TO BUY IT

This is a first part, i didnt tested with fbt, if you detect some issue contact me via discord (g0rra) also if have a lot of support i can add more features later and customers that already bought would download for free

1. Personal Use License


The purchase of this Model grants you, the Purchaser, a license to use it only for your personal, private use on the VRChat platform.

  • 1.1. Private Upload: You may upload the Model as a private avatar on your personal VRChat account.
  • 1.2. Modifications: You CAN modify the Model (e.g., change textures, add accessories, etc.) for your private use. All modified versions remain subject to these Terms.


2. Resale and Sharing Restrictions


  • 2.1. NO Resale/Distribution: You are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from reselling, redistributing, gifting, or sharing the Model files (including modified versions) with anyone who has not purchased the Model from me.
  • 2.2. NO Public Upload: You may NOT upload the Model as a public VRChat avatar.
  • 2.3. Asset Use: You may NOT take parts (meshes, textures, shaders, etc.) from the Model for use on other models or projects unless those parts were created entirely by you.


3. Working with Third Parties (Commissions)


  • 3.1. Single Purchase: You DO NOT need to purchase the Model multiple times to commission a friend or professional creator to modify or re-texture it for you.
  • 3.2. Limited Sharing: You are allowed to temporarily share the Model files only with the specific person you are commissioning for modification work. This person must agree to delete the files immediately upon completion of the commission.


4. Streaming, Content Creation, and Commercial Use


  • 4.1. Non-Profit Content: You CAN use the Model in videos, streams, or other content creation that is non-profit or not directly selling a product (e.g., standard gameplay streaming).
  • 4.2. Mandatory Credit: If you use the Model in any content creation (streaming, videos, images, etc.), it can be appreciated if you make credits to the Creator (me).
    • Example: "Avatar made by g0rra / g0rra.carrd.co."
  • 4.3. Profit-Generating Use (Revenue Share): If the Model is used in a manner that directly generates profit or income (e.g., as the main character/mascot in a paid series, a featured model in a paid advertisement, etc.), you agree to pay the Creator 5% of the gross revenue generated specifically from that use. This is subject to my prior written approval for the specific commercial project.


5. Other Terms


  • 5.1. Non-Refundable: All sales are final. No refunds.
  • 5.2. VRChat Rules: You must always follow VRChat's Terms of Service.
