Terms of service

- All 3D models created by flowersoul are the exclusive property of flowersoul, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the models for their intended purposes, but do not acquire ownership rights.

- You can use this product commercially as part of the avatar, but you cannot resell it.

- Clients agree to adhere to the terms of the license agreement provided with each 3D model. Unauthorized use, distribution, of the models is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

- Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the services provided by flowersoul. Payment terms and methods will be outlined in the project proposal or contract.

- Flowersoul will deliver the final 3D models to the client upon completion of the project. Reasonable revisions will be accommodated within the scope of the project, as outlined in the project proposal or contract.

- The digital product is non-refundable.
