Fitted for: Zoichi, Rantichi V3 and Rantichi V2.7. Both install in one drag in Unity. No Blender.
Other bases (Lexichi, Coppouchi and others): the original Blender files are still included for both, so you can fit them yourself.

Each one comes with a fitted prefab for Zoichi, Rantichi V3 and Rantichi V2.7: drag it onto your avatar, upload, done. 10 colours, a menu toggle and PhysBones. For other bases, the Blender versions with dozens of shapekeys are included; with more adjustments you could fit them to humans and other avatars.
Made from scratch in Blender, painted using procedural materials in Substance Painter. 4K textures. Includes albedo, normal, height, AO, and roughness maps. Substance Painter and Photoshop files also included for more advanced retexturing.
Recommended for those comfortable with basic avatar creation.
Requires but does not include: your base avatar, the VRChat SDK and Modular Avatar (free). The one-drag versions need no Poiyomi (built-in shader); the Blender versions use Poiyomi Toon.
