



Landlubber Begone Fully Functional Flintlock
Product Description
It's a flintlock pistol, fully functional, with an infuriatingly accurate reload. Blame my gun 'tism for this thing's existence.
Model-wise, you get the gun itself,A paper cartridge to munch on,
A ramrod to load your problem solver,
And a powder flask, just in case you forgot to load the flashpan before loading the cartridge into the barrel.
In order to reload this damn thing, you need to:
- Raise your thumb to the hammer to cock it;
- Pull forward the frizzen to expose the flashpan;
- Use either the powder flask or the paper cartridge (after biting it) to fill up the flashpan;
- Close the frizzen;
- Load the cartridge into the barrel;
- Ram the cartridge down and return the ramrod to its place;
and only NOW are you ready to fire. All of it, recreated, in excruciating frustration! :3
(look man you bought a flintlock, you knew what you were getting into)
Below are showcases of the 2 different reload methods, in no particular order.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Unity (big surprise there)
- Poyiomi Toon latest
- Avatar 3.0 Manager
- VRCFury
- VCC
- Would recommend Easy Quest Tools for quick quest compatibility. Quest version not included to not bloat file size.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Place [flintlock] at your avatar's 0, 0 in your avatar's gameobject and scale to preference.
Place Holster, FlaskHolster, Pouch where you want to grab your gun, powder flask, and cartridges respectively.
Assign Parent Constrain Sources for the following gameobjects with their respective sources:
flintlock\Cartridges\Cartridge = Left Wrist
flintlock\Cartridges\CartridgeBit = Left Wrist
flintlock\Holster\Body = Right Wrist
flintlock\Holster\Body\Rod = Left Wrist
flintlock\Flask = Left Wrist
If unhappy with default positions, unlock parent constraint, adjust position of constrained object for your avatar, and then lock again.
Merge your FX controller with FlintlockFX, your menu with MainMenu, your parameters with FlintParams.
Either use hands_flintlock as your gesture layer, or merge with your existing gesture layer.
Alternatively, replace non-flintlock related animations in hands_flintlock with your own.
