No Commercial Rights

All models are for personal use only and may not be resold. If you wish to use any components commercially, you must purchase them directly from the original creators (see credits).

Refunds

All sales are final. As these are digital products, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Streaming & Social Media Use

• When using the avatar on streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, etc.), you must clearly credit me with a hyperlink to the product page.
• If you post screenshots, photos, or videos on social media (Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.), you must always credit Yumi’s Palace either by stating “Avatar by Yumi’s Palace” or tagging @yumiivrc.
• Avatars may not be used for merchandising, VTubing, or professional branding without prior permission.

Modifications

Minor personal edits (e.g., adjusting hairstyles, outfits, or colors) are allowed, but the avatar must still resemble the original design. You may not use my avatars as a base to create entirely new models.

Sharing & Credit

• Redistribution or re-uploading of avatar files is strictly prohibited.
• You may not share the files or claim the designs as your own.
