Update:
I have added an additional two ways of installing QuestCalibrator that may solve most people's issues:
1. A transparent powershell script that will move the required files in the right folders for you.
2. You can follow the README instructions to move the files and perform the necessary operations yourself.
The full source of the files themselves that you will be moving, is available on Github for your inspection.
