OSC Gestures

Using VRCOSC to allow usage of gestures while having them disabled in VRC

Using VRCOSC's SteamVR Stat's Module this asset detects gestures, allowing you to use gesture based controls without triggering the gesture animations or facial expressions.

It uses its own two parameters that are synced, cost 16 synced parameters.
