This look is meant to emulate authentic "daytime" Victorian/Edwardian makeup as closely as possible. I consulted many recipes for vintage homemade cosmetics used surreptitiously by real women of the "Gibson Girl" era in everyday life, circa 1890-1910. The colors are intentionally very subtle (a "no-makeup makeup look", as visible "face paint" was considered very vulgar at the time), but they're still just visible enough to look nice in VRChat and VTubing software, even at a distance.

"These textures are meant to give the impression of a face thoroughly moisturized with cold cream, then blotted; eyelids faintly tinted with a decoction of walnut leaves; eyelashes and brows darkened with the char of burnt cloves; and lips, cheeks, ears, and chin lightly rouged with carmine. The entire face is then softly set with rice powder, so as to remove excess shine."
