✅ **Allowed**
- **Commissions:** Commissions are only allowed as long as both parties own the Avatar Base, and both NEED to be verified on my server (paid commissions).
- **Personal Use:** You may use this avatar for your own personal use in VRChat.
- **Public Uploads:** You are allowed to upload the avatar as *Public* in VRChat.
- **Content Creation:** Use in streams, videos, and social media content (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.) is permitted.
- **Personal Edits:** You may modify the avatar for personal use (e.g., texture changes, clothing swaps, custom features, etc.).
- **Cloning in VRChat:** Cloning is allowed *only if you manually enable it* yourself.
- **Porting to other platforms** (e.g., ChilloutVR, Neos, etc.) is allowed **for personal use only**.
❌ **Not Allowed**
- **File Sharing:** Do not share the avatar files with anyone who hasn't purchased it themselves – this includes friends, partners, team members, etc.
- **Reuploading / Redistribution:** You may not reupload or redistribute the files (e.g., on ripper sites, Discords, Google Drive, etc.).
- **Commercial Use:** Commercial use is not allowed without my explicit permission (e.g., in games, NFTs, paid commissions, advertisements, etc.).
- **Claiming as Your Own:** You are not allowed to claim this avatar or its parts as your own creation. Always credit the original creator when showcasing the avatar.
- **Use in Harmful Content:** Do not use this avatar in any racist, sexist, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful or hateful content.
- **Reverse Engineering / Asset Extraction:** You may not extract parts of this avatar for use in other avatars, models, or projects.
- **Reselling / Trading:** You may not resell or trade this avatar under any circumstances.

- If you are a commission artist editing the avatar for someone else, **both you and the client must own a valid license** (i.e., both must have purchased the avatar).

Q: Will it have a Flat Chest Blendshape?
A: Yes the Malibu 2.0 has a flat chest Toggle
Q: Where are the Menus and Params?
A: The Avatar was built with Vrcfury, so you can find the Toggles in the Avatar Heriarchy. If you want to know how to make toggles with Fury we have a "Tutorial" Channel on our Server.
Q: Does it Support MMD?
A: Yes, the Avatar is fully MMD Compartible
Q: Are there gonna be new updates?
A: Yes in fact, there are many things i still want to add later after release, so be tuned whats coming.
Q: Is there gonna be a Quest version?
A: It is planned, cannot say when its coming tho.
Q: Is there gonna be a good or even an optimized version?
A: That would be coming with the Quest version.

Q: Why can´t i open the ssp file?
A: The ssp does require the newest version of Substance Painter to work (thats a thing Adobe does for a reason)
Q: Is the Malibu a Lunabeast?
A: Nope!!! Not at All! Malibu was made completely from scratch by me. (I can see where this question comes from tho, they share a similar face shape... kinda)
