An asset to display the scrap spawn locations on the FISH! world

- Fixed an issue where the sync with friends and sync with everyone toggles weren't displaying the objects for others.

- Added Quest/iOS support (The scrap spawns won't be visible through walls/terrains/objects due to the limitations of the shaders, you won't be able to limit the distance on them too. Anything else will work just fine). You can still use the old PC prefab for the quest version, so you only need to update the quest version of your avatar.
