Za'vali

Due to me wanting to make a better Product, and it just not seeming very well in my eyes.. I decided to put this on Sale, and Hopefully Will keep it on sale until I feel like it's actually worth it. I just don't think I made a good product. Despite what some people have told me. I just feel like I can do better. And I am sorry to all who have and or will purchase this in the state it is in. I'm sorry if I let you down.

Za'vali are one of the many sub-species of Avali found on Avalon․ Their physique can be considered similar to Da'vali‚ but have a more streamlined snout and eyes as well as a lil bulkier frame overall‚ similar to older generations of Avali․ Their Plumage and Feathers are still capable of a wide range‚ but do tend to be more Gradient‚ giving them a flow to their overall colour․ One of the More Famous Za'vali was a Dark Grey & Crimson Za'vali by the name of Zehi'ko, who was a Grand Techno sage within Avalon's Studies․ That same Za'vali also invented Cooling Scarfs which helped Avali who ventured into warmer areas regulate their Temperatures. Za'vali tend to get Inscriptions or feather Augments on their back linked to spirituality.

• This is Quest Compatible, just Very Poor, The version that is Cloneable and on quest was modified to be more compatible, but is not the version you get with this purchase, but you do get it within the .blend file for you to use if you wish. The version you get in the Unity Package, is the one that is cloneable on Windows to make it easier to modify. And is easily able to be optimized even more so than I did. But You shouldn't have to or need to!
• Currently no Substance painter assets available as I have yet to actually own it, And I am doing my best with what I have access too, But I promise Over time I'll obtain Substance painter and Even go back and redo some textures so they are even better.

1. Distribution

You may share this Avatar and Custom Variants of it, in private, with friends, but must include a link to this page or these rules.

This is my first Avatar I am trying to sell, and even if it does poorly I still would love to see people create with this, and inspire other's to create. But anyone who owns the avatar may create and make public Versions of the Za'vali. With the only thing I ask is contribution included in descriptions, to both me and RyuujinZERO(THE GOAT).

2. Commercial Use License (Just in case)

• Commercial use includes:
• • Selling customizations of the Avatar such as Modifications, Clothing, skins, and other Custom content for this Avatar. (These must not contain the Avatar itself)
    You are not allowed to Sell the Za'vali avatar, charge for it in Comissions or use it in commercial projects that aren't Listed.

3. Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

• Get this avatar from external illegal or non authorized sources.
• Use of this avatar for any form of dehumanization, including but not limited to racism, hate speech, homophobia, or similar behavior, as well as participation in illegal or inappropriate activities, is strictly prohibited.

4. Modifications

• All modifications must respect these Terms of Service.

EXTRA ITEMS

The Za'vali CANNOT and is NOT ALLOWED to be used to train AI, or to create AI art or Images

You are not allowed to sell or distribute derivative avatars created with or using any part of the Za'vali avatars assets or likeness.

If you create a heavily modified custom avatar it must be for your own personal use only and kept private, But contact me if you want to pursue something further as I would definitely be fine with giving permission for greater purposes.

IF the situation changes and or people take advantage of certain things, I will make changes to these rules to better suit situations, Cause who knows in this day in age.
