(The Difference between Unity(+Blender) and the OBJ version are that the OBJ version is NOT Optimized in mind for VRChat, NOT UV Mapped correctly for customizability, AND HAS NO textures, masks and detailing being mostly only for Roblox since they contain the Mesh and Texture IDs for Roblox activities like animation.)
On purchasing you can do whatever you want with the model except, reselling, putting on sites like VRModels or Ripperstore and/or freely posting them in community sites/servers/applications in or like Discord.
These models don't cost much and the extra money given to me is helpful. If you like the model but cannot purchase the model you can still download the OBJ version and use it still for any use.
