No matter how grand the spell, without a heart or a wish behind it, it is nothing more than a mere phenomenon. Yet even the smallest magic can become a light that glows forever within someone’s soul.

Perhaps, a truly wonderful "magic" is, above all else, the power to make someone happy.

How will you use your magic?

"MagicPower" is a gimmick system designed for VRChat. You can command three types of magic through a dedicated menu in the Gesture Manager. It is compatible with Modular Avatar for a seamless setup.

The Standard Edition features three fundamental attributes: Fire, Star, and Love. These can be controlled with various motions such as Rotation, Swaying, Expansion, and Emission. You can adjust the magical output across 10 levels; as the power increases, the particles grow larger. A magic circle appears upon activation, rotating and flickering, with its size scaling in sync with the output level.

The colors and movements are fully customizable via material and animation settings. Enchant your friends with your magic! (But please remember to use it responsibly and be mindful of others.)

Note: Using different versions may cause unexpected errors.

★ Supported Avatars

Compatible with most avatars, but manual position adjustment is required. The following list includes avatars for which pre-adjusted data is already included.

If you use these avatars, we recommend using the dedicated sets found in the "AvatarSetup" folder.

★ Installation Steps

【Project Preparation】

1. Install VRChat Creator Companion (VCC). Click "Create New Project" and select "Avatar." (Skip if you already have a project).
2. In VCC, click "Manage Project." Search for and install "VRChat SDK" and "lilToon."
3. Launch the project.

【Importing Data】

1. Import your avatar data into the Unity project.
2. Drag and drop the ".unitypackage" file downloaded from the shop.
3. Ensure all items are checked in the import window and click "Import."
4. The Modular Avatar (MA) compatible items are located in the "AvatarSetup" folder.

【Attaching via Modular Avatar (MA)】

1. Place your avatar prefab into the Hierarchy.
2. Drag and drop the "MA-" prefab directly onto your avatar's root GameObject.
3. • Note: "MA_L" is pre-configured for the Left Arm, and "MA_R" is for the Right Arm.
4. To adjust the positioning, select the objects inside the prefab:
5. • Use "Magic_Transform" to move the magic effect itself.
   • Use "Magic_Circle" to move the magic circle.

【Customizing Appearance】

1. Select the magic effect you wish to change and adjust parameters in the Material section of the Inspector.
2. Magic Circles: These share a common material. To use different colors for each, please Duplicate (Ctrl+D) the material and apply the new versions individually.
3. Particles: Changing movement parameters may be overridden by animation controls. If you are unsure, it is recommended to leave them as they are.
4. • Tip: You can freely change the Particle Colors in the Particle System settings without issues.

【Attaching to Different Body Parts】

1. Select the object named "MA_Magic" inside the prefab.
2. In the Inspector, find the "MA Bone Proxy" component. You can choose a different bone to attach the gimmick to by changing the "Target" field.
3. Note: This set includes 3 types of magic effects. If you want them all to appear at the same position, you must manually align their coordinates to match.

【Uploading】

1. Press the Play button in Unity. Use the Gizmo to verify that the items are correctly attached and functioning.
2. If everything looks good, upload via the VRChat SDK toolbar. (If warnings appear, clicking the "Fix" button will resolve most issues).
3. Done! Enjoy!

★ Troubleshooting

1. Check if Unity version matches 2022.3.22f1.
2. If the material is pink, install lilToon.
3. Ensure VRChat SDK and Modular Avatar are up to date.
4. Do not rename or change the hierarchy within the Prefab, as this may break the gimmick.
5. Check that your avatar's total parameter count does not exceed the limit.
