Pre-requisites / Uploading assistance

1. Verify your using VRChat's current supported Unity version and SDK.
2. (optional) VRC creator companion: https://vrchat.com/home/download
3. Download and import Poiyomi shader: https://www.poiyomi.com/download
4. Download and import VRCFury: https://vrcfury.com/download/
5. Download and import GoGo Loco: https://franadavrc.gumroad.com/l/gogolococ
6. Download and Import Jerry's FT Templates: https://github.com/benaclejames/VRCFaceTracking
7. Now you're good to import the Dergal Unity package into your VRC project.
8. Double click on the Dergal-scene.
9. Tag the accessories you don't want as "EditorOnly" at the top of the Unity inspector. That way you don't have to delete items.
10. You may have to detach the Blueprint ID.
11. Upload!

For Quest upload I had to remove the clothes by marking them as "EditorOnly" in Unity.

Kinda hitting the size limits with fixing the shadows when flat chested.

More clothing accessories (Sweater & harness).

More body accessories (extra toggleable fluff tufts & toggleable shark parts).

More body customization blend shapes. Mostly for the face. (shorter snout, lifted snout).

Some toggles are now radial puppets, such as the flat chest toggle.

Flat chest is more flat, was a bit too pronounced.

Touched up on face tracking blend shapes.

Touched up on most of the other body blend shapes.

|- Fixed shadows when flat chested. Export with normal data & tweak Unity fbx settings.

|- Add a blend shape to slim the legs a bit / Fill out torso / Shrink neck fluff a bit.

|- Reduce polygons in arm / leg warmers.

|- Adjust leg warmer UVs. (your current textures should still work, just squaring things off).

|- Add ear movement to face tracking.

|- Freak tongue activate with face tracking.

|- Add saturation radial for body.

|- Fixed floating tag / adjusted size on scarf.

|- Bicep weight paint adjustment.

|- Texture touch ups / re-import mesh to substance painter project.

|- Breast mesh touch up / flat chest adjustment.

|- Adjust hand and arm proportions.

|- Adjust armature bones. Straighten posture a bit, move hips up.
