I made this propeller hat because my boyfriend loves silly things. When I wasn’t sure what to create, he suggested a propeller hat, so I made one! He said I could share this fun little project with everyone.
This is a customizable propeller hat made for avatars, with a simple menu and multiple fit and color options.
Required:
Menu options:
- On: turns the hat on
- Spin: makes the propeller spin
- Color Swap: switches the hat to a single color while keeping its original shading values (does not flatten lighting or material value)
- Hue Shift Hat: adjusts the hue of the hat (works when Color Swap enabled)
- Hue Shift Bill: adjusts the hue of the bill
- Hue Shift Propeller: adjusts the hue of the propeller
Shape Keys (for better fit):
- Sides Wider / Sides Smaller
- Front Wider / Front Smaller
- Back Wider / Back Smaller
- Longer Hat / Smaller Hat
- Longer Bill

🌐 VRChat Public Avatar Use (Allowed)
This asset is allowed to be used on VRChat public avatars (avatars uploaded and made available in-world).
This includes avatars that other users can find and use in VRChat.
However:
- The asset must remain part of a full avatar package
- The asset files may not be extracted, shared, or distributed separately
- It may not be offered as a standalone download in avatar worlds or external sites
💼 Commercial Use
A commercial license is available. If using this asset in a commercial product (e.g. commissions, monetized avatars, or game projects), you must:
- Purchase the commercial use license
- Credit the creator clearly (e.g. “Propeller Hat by [Creator Name]”)
Without this license, commercial use is not allowed.
