To install you'll add the base starry ban first then add in the responding asset you do own. Make sure to not add one's you don't have.
Can support medium rank (Sadly either sacrificing the mask or one set of stars, either the face pair or stomach pair.)
Make sure when installing this, to follow the instructions provided with the base avatar Ban then install this package after all those steps
The avatar's blue color can be changed by the hue radical
