This asset does nothing except add a single toggle to your avatar that turns off locomotion.
The intent is that you turn this on when you wish to not move at all, specifically if you have severe stick drift on your VR controllers.
This asset costs no avatar parameters to add, and should just be drag and dropped on to your avatars hierarchy.
