Permitted
- Use and modify the Asset in your own projects.
- Upload/publish worlds that include the Asset to public or private release.
- Use the Asset in monetized communities (e.g., VIP memberships, paid access, subscriptions, donations), provided you do not distribute the source files and you comply with platform terms and applicable laws.
- Hire help to integrate the Asset so long as they do not receive the source files (or they own their own license).
Not permitted
- Resell, share, gift, sublicense, or redistribute the source files (code, prefabs, materials, etc.), original or modified.
- Include the Asset in a world you intend to sell (e.g., paid world packages/prefabs/marketplace listings), whether standalone or bundled.
- Include the Asset in templates/kits/frameworks intended for others to reuse.
- Upload source files to public repositories.
- Claim authorship or use the Asset in ways that violate VRChat’s Terms or the law.
