Terms for the purchase of avatars for VRChat
- All avatars are strictly for personal use. Uploading them to another persons account or uploading them as public is prohibited.
- When purchasing from my shop please make sure that the information form is filled out correctly, if the purchase is a gift please make sure to fill out not only your information but the giftees information as well. I.E: Your name/Recievers name
- It is strictly prohibited to share files with anyone. If you wish to comission someone to upload or edit an avatar from my shop please reach out to me through a ticket in the server and ask for permission first.
- Leaking my avatars to any websites or discord servers is strictly prohibited. Doing so will result in a ban from my shop as well as you being placed on the blacklist. Legal action may be taken as well.
- Taking parts off of my avatars for reuse is strictly prohibited. Items and assets will be credited and listed on the shop page for the respective avatars, please acquire them correctly.
- If you are using my avatar for streaming, adult content any other type of content creation please make sure to credit me as the creator of the avatar.
- Copying/replicating my avatar is strictly prohibited.
- Editing is allowed as long as the changes does not change the avatar to a point where it no longer looks like the original. Please make sure to credit me as the original creator! I would love to see what edits you come up with.
- You have to be 18+ to purchase my avatars - If you are underage and purchase any avatar of mine you will be blacklisted upon discovery.
- All of my content for purchase is non-refundable.
