VRCFury Gimmick: Customizable Blindness System

This prefab system is very simple on the surface but yet a very complicated system behind the scenes, utilizing the "IsLocal" parameter it turns it into client-side system meaning only you can see the effects, and it doesn't sync to others & since it's purely a local system it shouldn't take up any parameter memory, since it's local only you can see these effects making it perfect for public instances or just general use in any lobby without disturbing anyone with effects that blind everybody, this system should also scale with your VRChat Avatar but that isn't fully tested yet.
