SETUP YOUR MODEL

1. Get VTube Studio — free on Steam

2. Unzip the pack. In VTube Studio: Settings ⚙ → "Open Models Folder" → drop the Oni folder in → hit refresh

3. Select Oni, allow your webcam, and calibrate — she's now copying your face

4. Everything is already hotkeyed: try the blush, the hair swap, and the dance. No rigging, no Live2D knowledge needed.

SETUP YOUR STREAM

Your Streamlabs scenes are already prepared for you.

1. Extract the downloaded folder.
2. Open Streamlabs Desktop.
3. Go to Settings → Scene Collections → Import Overlay File.
4. Select the included .overlay file.

Your complete scene collection will import automatically, including the Starting Soon, BRB, Intermission, Stream Ending, Offline, chatbox layout, animated assets, and scene transition.
