For anyone who legally owns the product, you may:
- You may use for Vtubing.
- Edit for personal use.
- Make VRChat public/clone of the model.
- Sell texture/edit commissions on the avatar. Both you and the client must own the avatar.
- Sell accessory/garment/clothing, etc you created for the avatar as long as you and the client owns the avatar.
You may not
- Use the avatar for commercial purposes.
- Take credit for the avatar or omit proper credit when using or posting it.
- Resell or redistribute the avatar or any of the download contents, either directly or as part of another package.
