2. Models must be uploaded and kept private on your account at all times. Uploading my models for public avatar worlds is strictly prohibited.
3. You are not permitted to use my models/products for any profit-making activities. This includes, but is not limited to: reselling (whether edited or unedited), use in commissions, videos, artwork, or 3D printed products.
4. All sales are final and non-refundable. As these are digital products, once the content has been downloaded, you waive your right to a refund.
5. You are not allowed to use any parts or meshes from my models for any purpose, including edited assets. All elements are credited, so please purchase or download them from the original creators. This includes textures and icons.
6. If you're purchasing a product as a gift for someone else, provide their email, in-game name, and Discord tag at the time of purchase. Directly buying and sending the product to them is not allowed. If the recipient cannot upload the model themselves, inform me, and I will either upload it for them or give you permission to do so.
7. By purchasing, you receive a personal, non-transferable license for the model/product, which is unique to you as an individual.
8. Do not claim any of my models/products as your own.
9. Do not remove my name tags or watermarks.
10. My models/meshes/products, etc., are only to be used in social VR games. The only exception is if you want to use them for V-Tubing, in which case you must properly credit me on your streams/videos after informing me.
11. For streaming or YouTube, Instagram and TikTok (and similar platforms), if you use my models, i would really appreciate if you could credit me (https://eternalmemories.gumroad.com). If it becomes your main avatar/persona, crediting is mandatory.
12. You may not use my models/products for any content that is harmful, threatening, offensive, or abusive.
13. I am not responsible for any updates that might cause my models to stop working. I may or may not update models if they break due to patches, including script and shader updates.
14. My models/meshes/character designs may not be used for any NFT-related sales, artwork, or similar purposes.
15. Under no circumstances are you allowed to copy or heavily reference my character designs in any way, shape, or form.
