⚠️There are some issues with the Outline effect in PoI Since its main purpose is to outline the mesh, the seam will be visible.

• Added/Fixed "Lock" logic for booth Swords, for third-party assets.
  -Fixed the "JaS Obscured" parameter, which allows third-party assets to prevent your sword from being drawn"
• Additional material has been added to Materials folder for both Dracky and Tappy
  *Sword*POI10 for those who want to switch to Poiyomi 10.0+ with a fixed wetness effect
  -The main material is still 9.3 for reasons of compatibility with Nardo
