Product Description

Gilded Guardian dragons are highly magical creatures. Some are capable of altering the appearance of their scales to match their own tastes in colors, and it appears that this individual changed their scales to look akin to the Chrysiridia rhipheus butterfly!


This is a material/retexture for the Gilded Guardian avatar base !

What is included :

  • -A Unity Package file to import into your Unity avatar project ! Make sure to have poiyomi installed in order for the Material to function properly.
  • -A Substance file, the file was created using version 8.3.1 (2022) and should work with more recent versions of the software.
  • -A few PSD files for the basecolor, metalmap and such.


Important notes !

  • This product uses the poiyomi shader ! In order for everything to work smoothly, import poiyomi before importing the unitypackage ! poiyomi is a free shader, you can find it here (link)
  • Basics on how to use Unity and the VRChat SDK are recquiered in order to easily use this product, along with basics with Substance and /or Photoshop/Gimp for further customization of the texture.
  • Substance 3D Painter version used is 8.3.1
  • The substance file contains an exploded version of the mesh, it is only meant for texturing and is non functional.
  • This product does not contain the Gilded Guardian avatar itself, only a material add-on of it.
