Ownership of the avatar, all associated assets created by the creator, and all intellectual property remains with the creator.

You are purchasing a license to use the avatar—not ownership of the avatar itself.

2. Permitted Use

You MAY:

• Use Nuvi in VRChat for personal use.
• Upload the avatar to your own VRChat account.
• Customize the avatar for your personal use.
• Change materials, colors, textures, clothing, accessories, shaders, menus, or animations.
• Commission another person to edit the avatar for you, provided both parties legally own Nuvi.
• Stream, record, and create content featuring Nuvi.
• Use the avatar for VTubing or content creation.

3. Prohibited Use

You MAY NOT:

• Redistribute the avatar or any included files.
• Share package files with friends or other users.
• Upload the avatar publicly.
• Sell, trade, rent, lease, or gift the avatar files.
• Claim the avatar or any of its assets as your own work.
• Remove creator credits where applicable.
• Extract assets from Nuvi for use in other avatars or commercial projects unless those assets are separately licensed.
• Use Nuvi for NFTs, blockchain projects, AI dataset creation, AI model training, or any similar technologies without written permission.
• Use the avatar for illegal, defamatory, hateful, or malicious purposes.

4. Editing

Personal edits are encouraged.

However:

• Edited versions remain subject to these Terms of Service.
• Edited versions may not be redistributed.
• Editing does not transfer ownership.

5. Asset Usage

Nuvi may include third-party assets that remain the property of their original creators.

Buyers are responsible for complying with the licenses of those assets.

This purchase does not grant ownership or redistribution rights to any third-party assets.

6. Commercial Content Creation

Commercial use for content creation is permitted.

Examples include:

• Twitch
• YouTube
• TikTok
• Streaming
• Videos
• Thumbnails
• Promotional screenshots

However, this license does not permit resale of the avatar or its files.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product:

• All sales are final.
• No refunds will be issued after purchase.
• Exceptions may be made solely at the creator's discretion.

8. Support

Support is provided for:

• Installation assistance
• Basic troubleshooting

Support does not include:

• Custom edits
• Unity lessons
• Blender training
• Personal commissions unless separately agreed upon.

9. Updates

Future updates are not guaranteed.

If updates are released, existing customers may receive them at the creator's discretion unless otherwise stated.

10. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes made after receiving the product may result in:

11. Violations
