By purchasing, downloading, or using this Asset, you agree to the following terms.

No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred.

2. Allowed Uses

You may:

- Use the Asset in avatars, models, scenes, or other projects (free or paid), provided the Asset is integrated into a larger combined work and not distributed as a standalone file.

- Use it in commissioned work or portfolio pieces.

- Record, stream, and publish video content featuring the Asset (including monetized content), as long as the Asset is part of a larger combined project.

3. Commercial Use

Commercial use is allowed only when the Asset is part of a larger combined end product.

Credit is required when reasonably applicable (e.g. product pages, descriptions, or credits).

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

- Redistribute, resell, or share the Asset as a standalone file.

- Distribute, upload, or share the Asset on marketplaces, asset libraries, or file-sharing services.

- Distribute your work in a form where the Asset is separated or provided as an independently usable component outside of a larger combined end product.

- Claim ownership, authorship, or exclusive rights to the Asset or any modified or derivative versions.

5. No Standalone Distribution

The Asset must always remain part of a larger combined work. It may not be distributed separately in any form (including extracted files, asset packs, or resource libraries).

6. Ownership

The creator retains all rights, title, and ownership of the Asset.

7. Termination

Violation of these terms will result in automatic termination of this license and may result in takedown requests or other enforcement actions.
