🔐 Avatar License & Upload Information

When you purchase an avatar, you will receive a unique license key linked only to you. This key cannot be shared or reused by others. It is required for uploading the avatar—without it, the upload will not work.

✅ The avatar will function fully once your license is verified.
You are free to use the avatar as it is, or customize it to fit your needs. The provided FBX file is unlocked, allowing you to import and edit it in Blender too.

📥 All instructions for uploading the avatar using your license key are included on the download page.

⚠️ Important:
Make sure your purchase details (such as VRChat username/email) are correct when buying—your license will be tied to them!

2. Do not use or repurpose any assets, including sculpts, for resale or personal use. (If you want specific assets, purchase them directly from the original creators, whom I’ve credited).
3. Decompiling, reverse-engineering, or extracting any part of the avatar package or assets is strictly forbidden.
4. All sales are final. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
5. Sharing the avatar package for someone else to upload is strictly prohibited unless they have purchased the avatar themselves.
6. Reselling my avatars is not allowed, even if you make significant edits, recolors, or other modifications.
7. If purchasing an avatar as a gift, use the gifting option at checkout and provide the recipient's Discord and VRChat username. Failure to provide accurate information will result in the license not being transferred to the intended recipient. In such cases, I reserve the right to revoke access or usage rights if these terms are violated.
8. These avatars are strictly for personal use. Using them for commercial purposes, such as streaming, promotional content, or monetized platforms, is prohibited unless prior permission is granted.
9. Violating these terms will result in legal action.
