Commission Use Restriction: If a commission involves collaboration using an avatar or asset that only one party has legally purchased, it is strictly prohibited for any unlicensed person (such as the artist) to use, import, or access the asset unless explicit permission is given by me.. All collaborators must own their own valid license for the asset being used otherwise.
7. If purchasing an avatar/asset as a gift, use the gifting option at checkout and provide the recipient's Discord and VRChat username. Failure to provide accurate information will result in the license not being transferred to the intended recipient. In such cases, I reserve the right to revoke access or usage rights if these terms are violated.
