More physics refining on the whole set as well as I noticed the cuff locks were a bit crooked so that has been fixed.
This is a heavy duty collar and cuff set made currently for the Winterpaw Masc Canine. Minor modifications using VRCFury should allow it to work on any avatar that has a neck, arms, and legs though. Could also just be used as a static object in world. Provided video shows current physics.

Prefabs for each item.
The Collar, 2 arm cuffs, and 2 ankle cuffs. Please use versions ending in "OPTI" (these are you daily drivers) High Poly versions also included for photo shoots. Not recommended for daily use.
Substance Painter files are included for customizing. The asset itself currently comes in one color.
**the .blend file is also included with purchase for any major edits that don't end up being built in eventually.
How to Use.
Assuming you have VRCFury and the Poiyomi Toon Shader already loaded it is as simple as dragging each package onto your Winterpaw Masc Canine avatar and position if needed.
Any other avatar may require you to set up an armature link via VRCFury since the bones are likely named differently. You should be able to relocate or scale the prefabs as needed to cover larger or smaller avatars. You may also choose to relocate the ankle cuffs higher up on the legs (you should not have to change any armature settings if you do relocate the ankle cuffs higher up on the lower legs. ). If you move them beyond the lower arms or lower legs you will need to change the VRCFury armature link appropriately.
