The money goes towards my cat's health! He has a grade 5/6 heart Murmur and needs to see a cardiologist. It can cost a minimum of a few hundred U.S dollars. I'm currently unemployed and struggling to find work, trust me I've applied to a minimum of twelve places in the past few months. He's showing no active symptoms of a heart issue, but his vet heavily recommends he is examined by a cardiologist as soon as possible just to make sure everything is really okay.
